About Me

I am currently a Social Media Director and Copywriter at an agency in Arlington, Texas. I have over 3 years’ experience in advertising. I graduated from The University of Texas at Arlington in 2006 with a major in advertising and a minor in journalism.

I started as an Account Executive, but quickly found a passion for copywriting. From there, I moved over to the fast paced word of social media while still copywriting for select clients. I am also a member of the Fort Worth chapter of the American Advertising Federation (www.adclubfw.org). When I’m not working, I enjoy reading books and publications focused on advertising, social media, copywriting, and grammar.
